Stage 1: Site Works
We begin by preparing your site - staking out your home's position and readying the ground. This stage lays the groundwork -- literally - for everything to come.
Stage 3: Framing
Framing begins and this is where your home really begins to take shape. It's the frame that supports every detail to follow - subfloor, walls, roof structure.
You will have walk through meetings to confirm the joinery and electrical design.
Stage 5: Pre-Line
This is a busy, "invisible" stage - inside walls and ceilings become a hive of mechanical work. Plumbing, heating, ventilations, electrical wiring all go in. Insulation is fitted. Walls are lined.
Stage 7: Finishing
Now is the time when your selections begin to shine. Cabinets, benchtops, interior doors, trims, vanities - all installed. Hard flooring & interior painting bring colour, texture & character to your home.

Stage 8: Handover
Stage 2: Foundations
Your foundations are laid to ensure your home sits on a strong, durable base. From this point on is when the real construction begins.
Stage 4: Close-in
At this point, your home begins to look like a home. The external shell is closed in with cladding, roofing & joinery install in the finishes you've chosen.

You'll get your first strong sense of how it's all coming together.
Stage 6: Linings
Now the spaces start becoming recognisable. Interior walls & ceilings are lined & insulated. Gib board linings are stopped, plastered & finished to a high standard ready for paint.
You'll begin to get a feel for the flow of your home.
Stage 8: Completion
The final visible touches are added - tapware, light fixtures, heating units and so on. Carpets go in.

The big moment! We complete inspections, final quality checks, ensure your warranty paperwork is in order & hand over the keys. The journey doesn't stop here. If any issues arise, we're here to come back to and make sure your home is everything you hope it would be.
