“When we sold our house and bought some land in Waiuku we didn’t really have a plan, just a vision of what could be. We talked to some big name build companies and quickly became frustrated with standard floor plans that didn’t work on our site and specifications with no flexibility. On the recommendations of a few locals we made an appointment with Designmax (I’d known Craig and Nicky for years, but didn’t really know what they did).
