An afternoon meeting with Craig at our build-site to discuss plans for our new home made us realise we had made the right choice to use DESiGNMAX. It was obvious from the beginning of the project that Craig and his team had our best interests at heart. Most builders will follow a plan and go through the motions of "another job" but the DESiGNMAX team always offered new ideas including landscaping suggestions!! This attention to detail ultimately made our home exceptional.
There are loads of reasons why we would highly recommend DESiGNMAX, but for us it was the level of service we still received after we moved in. Craig and his team of tradies didn't hesitate to come back and make adjustments so everything was perfect, this is a level of service that proved DESiGNMAX had our best interests at heart long after the project was finished. 100% happy.

They listened to what we wanted and put in the extra effort when it came to a couple of sticking points with Council. From visiting the house site to making sure we were 100% happy with the plans before going into Council. Highly recomment if you are planning a new house build. Absolute pleasure to work with.

We have recently moved into our new home which was managed by DESiGNMAX. Right from the time we met with Craig and his team with our plan and ideas we were made to feel comfortable and they listened but gave great constructive advice and helpful suggestions to help us achieve a home that we are proud of. Let's build a house! Mmmm that's a good idea, that way we get what we want... After spending many weeks going through LOTS of show homes with "other" big builder names. We heard word of mouth about DESiGNMAX. This was the best thing we ever did. Once buying our section and inviting Craig onto the site, we KNEW he was the man for this job! From that moment to completion, EVERY part of the process was, infact, PERFECT.
